According to a recent survey conducted by National Public Radio, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the Harvard School of Public Health, only 39% of retirees say that their life after retirement is less stressful than their life was during 5 years before retirement & rest of them are living a stressful life after retirement.
One of the major reasons behind retirement stress is running out of money to live comfortably after retirement. Sometimes, it’s hard for many retirees to give up working. It is perhaps due to associated happiness from purpose & meaning in our life.

It is one of the key secrets retirees will never tell you. It is an unfortunate reality of ageing that our health keeps on declining with age. But, still most of the retirees will never accept it.
Some of the most common ailments found in old persons include hypertension, heart conditions & arthritis, & many more.
According to the Health & Retirement Study, about one in four people of 65 to 75 years of age & nearly one in three people of 75 to 84 years of age have two or more major health problems.
Similarly, 13% of retirees say that they have trouble in finding the high quality healthcare services. However, 13% say that they has trouble seeing the physician of their own choice.
