It is one of the most common bedroom secrets to accelerate weight loss. You should assign a separate place in dinning room for your eating habits.
You should not consume your food anywhere else. Eating food in bedroom before going to sleep results in diminished rate of metabolism.
Once the rate of your metabolism decreases, you will start gaining weight. It will be more difficult for you to lose weight in such situation.
Similarly, you should eat food 2-3 hours prior to sleep. This will also help your body to sleep with light stomach i.e. after digestion.
