Here is the step-by-step instructions for towel workout process:

(a) Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.

(b) Grab a hand towel & hold it in front of your chest with both arms, palms down. The distance between both arms should again be shoulder-width apart.

(c) Pull outward on both the sides of towel at the same time keeping the towel stretched while inhaling. Simultaneously, you should focus on contracting your chest muscles in short bursts.

(d) Pull the towel in towards your chest while exhaling. Perform this exercise continuously for about 3 minutes at least 3-4 times a week.
