(a) Sit on the edge of the chair with your feet together.
(b) Place your hands on the edge of the seat on either side of your thighs. Keep your feet flat on the floor.
(c) Shift your weight on your hands & walk your feet forward out until your butt clears front edge of seat.
(d) Bend your elbows to a 90-degree angle while inhaling. Lower your butt towards the floor as far as possible.
(e) Press into your palms to push back up to the starting position while exhaling. It represents one rep.
(f) Repeat for two sets of 10 reps.
