(a) Lie facedown on a mat placed on the floor.
(b) Stretch your arms straight out in front of you with your fingers outstretched & palms facing downward.
(c) Squeeze your shoulder blades together as you bring your elbows together behind you.
(d) Lift your chest up off the ground while inhaling.
(e) Slowly release your body to the starting position while exhaling. It represents one rep.
(f) Repeat 3 sets of 10 reps.
