(13) One-Arm Side Push Ups For Extra Cleavage
It is one of the most important & women-friendly exercises to get bigger and perkier boobs without surgery. A side push up exercise provides the benefits quite similar to that of costly gym equipments such as Pec Deck or Chest Fly Machine.
It acts by targeting the chest muscles of the participants. It develops size specifically where pectoralis muscles attach to the sternum. This will in turn provide the women an extra cleavage.
You should make sure to perform this exercise as slowly as possible for optimum results. Here is the step-by-step process or instructions for one-arm side push up workout:
(a) Lie on the right side with left palm flat on the floor in front of shoulder, elbow bent.
(b) Wrap your right arm around rib cage & bend your knees slightly.
(c) Slowly push your torso up using left arm while exhaling until your left arm is straight.
(d) Lower your upper body in a controlled manner while inhaling until your shoulder is about an inch from the floor.
(e) Repeat above steps & complete a full set of reps.
(f) Switch to other side. If you started with left arm push ups then try it with right arm push ups. You can also adjust the elevation height to suit any difference in the strength of arms.
