(a) Place your hands in front of you at about breast level.
(b) Interlock your fingers together. You can cup your hands & invert one so that they fit together comfortably. Alternative, you can also link your index & middle fingers like the links of a chain.
(c) Pull your two arms in opposite direction as hard as possible.
(d) Hold this pressure for 5 seconds.
(e) Relax for 5 seconds.
(f) Repeat it for 10-15 minutes.
