It is one of the most surprising gym exercises to get bigger boobs without surgery. Dumbbell cross punch helps in strengthening the pectoralis muscles of the chest & make them grow faster.
Beginners should perform this exercise only after developing some strength in their arms. It will be better to start with light weight dumbbells than slowly raise it after gaining strength.
You should also punch slowly & cautiously without any jerks. It will help you to prevent any injuries that may occur due to sudden jerks.
Here is the step-by-step process or instructions for dumbbell cross punch:
(a) Grab a dumbbell in each hand & step one foot background so that your feet are staggered. Your toes should face in the forward direction.
(b) Bend both knees slightly.
(c) Slightly bent your elbows also & open your arms out to the sides. Your palms should face in the forward direction & dumbbells should be above shoulder-height.
(d) Punch your right fist forward & slightly towards left while exhaling. It should be in the line with the center of your chest.
(e) Turn your right palm down as you swing your right fist while inhaling.
(f) Punch your left fist forward & slightly towards right while exhaling. It should also be in the line with the center of your chest.
(g) Turn your left palm down as you swing your left fist while inhaling.
(h) It represents one rep.
(i) Repeat recommended sets of reps.
