It is one of the most significant gym exercises to get bigger boobs without surgery. Pec Deck Machine, also known as machine fly, or a seated lever fly, is a type of weight machine that is meant to exercise your pectoralis muscles of the chest.
In this machine, you can adjust quantity of weight attached to them up to 200 pounds. You can also adjust the portion of pec deck where you rest your arms either up or down.
This machine can greatly help you to build up the centerline of the chest. This will in turn give you the appearance of more cleavage. However, you should always remain cautious while exercising on pec deck.

(a) Sit on the pec deck machine. Keep your back flat on the pad.
(b) Take hold of the handles.
(c) Inhale & Push the handles together slowly as far as possible.
(d) Return back to the starting position slowly while exhaling.
(e) Repeat for recommended amount of repetitions.
