(7) Chest Butterfly Exercise For Stronger & Toned Breast
It is one of the most wonderful gym exercises to get bigger boobs without surgery. Chest butterfly, also known as chest fly, involves extending your arms to the sides & bringing them back to the middle of your chest.
You can perform this exercise either by using dumbbells, resistance bands or even a chest fly machine.
Here is the step-by-step process or instructions for chest butterfly workout:
(a) Hold one dumbbell in each hand, lie on the floor or sit with a Swiss ball directly behind lower back & lean backward.
(b) Bend both knees & place the soles of your feet on the floor.
(c) Keeping a slight bend in your elbows, open your arms out to the sides while inhaling. Your palms must be facing upwards.
(d) Lift the dumbbells straight up over your chest & bring dumbbells together while exhaling.
(e) With control, open your arms back to the sides. This completes one rep.
(f) Repeat two or three sets of 10 reps.
