Its main focus is on the chest & overall strength of the arms. Here is the step-by-step process or instructions for lying medicine ball chest pass:
(a) Select a mid-weight medicine ball that you can throw upward.
(b) Lie on the floor with your knees bent & feet flat.
(c) Inhale & hold the medicine ball a few inches directly over your chest with both hands.
(d) Exhale & throw the ball straight up into the air as high as possible while keeping your back flat.
(e) Catch the ball when it returns while keeping our arms straight.
(f) Lower the ball back to your chest.
(g) Repeat 3 sets of 12 reps.
