(9) Seated Side Lateral Raise For Toned Chest
It is one of the most common gym exercises to get bigger boobs without surgery. Seated side lateral raise can tone up your shoulders & chest muscles by creating a visual muscle balance between shoulders & chest.
You should maintain a neutral spine with your chest up & head looking forward to strengthen chest. You can start performing this exercise with 5-pound dumbbells. As you gain strength, you can gradually shifts towards higher weights.
Here is the step-by-step process or instructions for seated side lateral raise:
(a) Sit on a workout bench with a built in back to support your back. Inhale in the starting position.
(b) Exhale & lift the dumbbells at the same time horizontally from your body in a semicircular motion a little above shoulder height.
(c) Keep your arms straight & your palms should be facing down.
(d) Hold this position for 2 to 5 seconds. Lower the weights down to starting position while inhaling.
(e) Repeat 3 sets of 10 reps.
