For example, if your mother in-law always brings a hot dish over to your house then never consider that she might be thinking that you can’t cook well therefore she is bringing a dish for her son. But you should understand that she is also helping you in cooking meals for your husband.

If you start believing that you will clash with your husband’s parents on someday then you are most likely to do that even without any major issues.

You should try to understand the nature of your in-laws, love them as parents & never consider them as enemy.
